Nothing. Folliculis publishes a directory and is paid, where it is paid at all, by advertising and affiliate links. It does not sell treatment, does not take bookings and does not pass your details to a clinic, so there is no consumer contract between you and us and no consumer arbitration board to name. How the listings are compiled is described in the methodology, and the limits of what a listing means are in the disclaimer.
